Several. This has been the best experience - the atmosphere, the staff, comfort level

Always got some relief but the atmosphere and/or Doctor left a lot to be desired.
What progress have you made since beginning Chiropractic Care?
More flexible. Dizziness is gone. Brain fog is gone. Better sense of well-being.

Less stress. Better understanding of how to ergonomically position my body.

I had to change a lot of things that I did on a daily basis like driving, lifting and even playing outside with my 8 year old son.

I'm almost back to where I was before this accident. Not as much as pain when doing my daily activities.

Being more aware of my postures. Stress levels are down, better concentration.
Any additional comments:
Dr. Bond is great. Also his assistant Dana. I have come in and had one of the worst headaches and she was able to assist me and I left the office like a new woman. Stress on my job was an issue before I started coming to Bond Chiro. I was told and also prescribed medication. The medication made me feel like I was tired or just not in control so I stopped taking it. Since I have been coming here for treatment I notice and also my co-workers how calm and more pleasant to be around I am. The massage and the treatment I have received have been fabulous.
